Echipament obligatoriu...necesar!!!
In atentia tuturor celor care sunt inregistrati la MPC Salomon 2013. Avand in vedere conditiile meteo de azi (zapada pe 60% din traseu si temperaturi scazute) si prognoza meteo pentru ziua cursei, paragraful echipament obligatoriu din regulament se modifica astfel:

...bidon 0,5l +minim 0,5l lichid la start; alimente (minim două batoane saugeluri la start); rucsac sau borsetă; un pantalon lung SI UN SUPRAPANTALON, un tricou cu mâneca lungă SI O HAINA GROASA(PUFOAICA SAU POLARTEC);o haină de ploaie; şapcă sau căciulă, MANUSI GROASE, O PERECHE DE CIORAPI GROSI, PANTOFI DE ALERGARE CU TALPA PROFILATA; hartă şi număr (ultimele două le veţi aveaîn pachetul de start).
...ţine-ţi cont că este o competiţie ce se desfaşoară în zona montană şi vremea poate fi foarte nefavorabila!

Echipament recomandat...
...beţe, gheare de pisica, telefon, fluier, folie supravieţuire, o mică trusă de prim ajutor.

Cei care vin la start fara echipamentul obligatoriu de mai sus nu vor fi acceptati in cursa!!

Required ... mandatory equipment!!!
Attention all those who are registered at MPC Salomon 2013.
Because the weather condition from today (snow on 60% of the route and low temperatures) and the weather forecast for race day, the mandatory equipment section of the Regulation is amended as follows:

Mandatory equipment ...
bottle 0,5 l + Low ... 0,5 l liquid at home, food (minimum two bars saugeluri at home) backpack or fanny pack, long sleave trausers AND A  PAIR OF RAIN TRAUSERS, a shirt with long sleeves AND A THICK COAT (DOWN JACKET OR POLARTEC), a raincoat, A WINTER CAP  or hat, WINTER GLOVES, A PAIR OF THICK SOCKS, RUNNING SHOES WITH FLANGE; map and number (last two aveaîn package you will start).
Keep your mind ... it is a competition that takes place in the mountains and the weather can be very bad!

Recommended Equipment ...
... sticks, cat claws, phone, whistle, survival wrap, a small first aid kit.
Those who will come to the start area without above required equipment will not be accepted in the race!
